Jonathan Rogers

Owner

Jonathan is an experienced and multi-skilled learning professional with a strong track record of designing and delivering bespoke solutions in people skills, communication, sales, culture change and leadership development.

He has worked globally for a variety of clients, and is comfortable engaging with all levels within an organisation as a result of his background in senior leadership roles.

Jonathan holds a degree in training and work-based learning, where he studied a variety of development techniques and their application in commercial environments with a particular focus on coaching techniques.

Jonathan is as passionate about delivering results for clients and customers as he is about developing people. He is often described as going above and beyond to ensure success at every stage of the development process, immersing himself in the culture and commercial aspects of each organisation he works with.

Paul Nolan

Associate Consultant

Paul is a learning and development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering bespoke solutions in the areas of people skills, communication, sales, negotiation, influencing and building relationships.

Paul has a vast background in training, talent and development across many different industries. He has worked across Europe with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Taylor Wimpey and Audi and can engage at all levels given his operational background and commercial outlook.

Paul specialises in behavioural preferences with qualifications in NLP, CiTP, TTI Success Insights (DiSC, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Acumen and DNA) and IMI Award ATA Accredited Assessor for Sales, Service and Corporate.

Often described by clients as determined and dynamic, Paul will take a strategic and commercial outlook to your business and complement it with his ability to get people on board at all levels.

Ben Hardman

Ben is a charismatic and passionate facilitator who cares about unlocking people’s ability to experience a more productive work life by focusing on the right behaviours to deliver results.

Ben has over twenty years of experience in learning and development as well as substantial operational leadership experience. He holds a degree in training and development as well as being a CMI qualified coach and Insights Discovery licensed practitioner.

Clients describe Ben as energetic, caring and a pleasure to work with. He builds strong relationships and is able to drive performance through his emotional intelligence and education around behavioural styles.
